uncovered race editor stuff I found:
- set respawn mode (for spawn manager)
- set respawn time (for player spawning)
- set max map duration?
- set meta data
Controls from Section 7 of the race editor manual should be reviewed to ensure you cover all angles
- Actually, that's all a single issue: meta data. We should provide a "map" tab in the options dialog to set it.
