"Bad Connection" reason

Can the reason "Bad Connection" ever occur? I have never seen anyone disconnected with reason "Bad Connection". Always, when there is connection problem "Lost Connection" happens. Maybe "Bad connection" was planned for some connection quality check/built-in ping kicker?
